Now I’m a Mac user and a lot of time has passed. Chrome is my fav browser and works like a charm. I feel that Firefox is the new IE, Chrome the new Firefox, Opera, well, I still don’t get Opera :)

Chrome is massively unstable. Clicking on the “back” button, then on a new link on the prior page crashes it (bringing up the “Aw, Snap” dialogue) about three or four times in ten. Clearly there is something wrong with the reinitialisation; if you do a reload on the prior page then try the link again you should be okay.

However, for the time being, this browser is so unstable, I’ve uninstalled it and gone back to Firefox. Even their v6 versions weren’t this bug-ridden and unstable!

Very fast, I like all about it, but… it’s unstable, and particularly it happened two times now : it freezes my computer entirely; playing a game is impossible because it lags too much, same thing with a video. Closing Chrome (after 1-2 min because it’s too slow) solves the problem. It’s disappointing, because it’s the most practical browser !

Actually it is really fast IMO…I had it already installed when I bought my new computer and tried it out. There are some bugs in it and I am used to firefox and I think I will continue with that for a while.

Very unstable and at times inconsistent. Will offer to save some user names and passwords and not others!!! Can’t get the font sizes right even on Gmail!!! Would really like a menu bar please. I don’t really feel that I’m in control of this browser as I do with Firefox and Opera.

awww snap wayyyyyyyy too often i like the spped but i am abandoning it due to it crashing too much way too much

Way too unstable.

6 months later and still every second page brings up “Aw, snap”, or “Connection failed unexpectedly”.

FAIL.

Uninstalled.
