Rebels, ninjas and firefighters needed!
Written by Toomas Römer on August 3, 2009 – 11:53 amZeroTurnaround (the creator of JavaRebel) and its parent company Webmedia are looking for skilled technicians. We’re located in Estonia (hint, Skype came from here) and relocation would be a huge plus but we consider working remotely as well if the need is well reasoned.
We are looking for three different types of candidates. Each position has 2^1 vacancies starting from September 2009.
Firefighters
Do you feel that you are able to attack the problems hundreds of Java EE developers can throw at you? Are you brave enough to solve different kind of issues from performance degradation to bugs in Java frameworks? Are you used to working without specification at hand and only the description of a problem to help you? If so then we warmly welcome you in our firefighter’s team supporting our Java developers.
Cloud ninjas
Are you interested in migrating the IT infrastructure of a small country into a cloud computing environment, building our very own cloud village? Do you feel comfortable dealing with shell scripting, load balancers, application servers, databases and different flavors of UNIX? If yes, join our newly formed app management team.
Rebels
Do you feel the need to attack the deepest secrets of the JVM? Are you willing to work with all the app servers out there? Are you at home with bytecode manipulation? Is CAFE BABE your friend? Would you be interested in participating in the LiveRebel development? If yes then let us know, we’re looking for hackers extraordinaire!
If anything of the above was of any interest for you then please send your resume and salary expectations to careers@webmedia.ee before August 12th.
